Key Responsibilities:

Craft and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons designed to inspire and motivate students Facilitate hands-on learning experiences to deepen students' understanding of business concepts Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world business scenarios Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalised support as required Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment Forge strong connections with students, parents, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Previous experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and monitoring student progress (QTS not mandatory) A genuine passion for working with students, particularly those who may benefit from additional support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to spark inspiration and motivation in young minds. Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude. The school embrace diversity, and we value experience and dedication over formal qualifications. We warmly encourage applications from candidates, including Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), who bring relevant experience and a steadfast commitment to making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification & teaching experience.

Salary: £133.90 - £143.65 per day

Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.45am – 3.30pm/Fri 8.30am – 1.15pm
