Teaching Assistant - Castle Vale

This role will be working across 2 Year 1 classes, assisting the class teachers with general classroom tasks, and leading small groups of maths and phonics support.
Some of the children that you will be working with have suspected SEND, and are working to the EYFS curriculum, so both EYFS and Key Stage 1 knowledge is required.
The suitable candidate will have a positive approach within the classroom, and strives to help the children reach their highest potential.
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Level 3 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND on both a group, and 1:1 basis
* Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
* Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years
