We are looking for a  KS3 Science Teacher to progress in our schools in and across Manchester 

You will need to be:

-     Passionate and committed about contributing to the social, emotional, and academic development of every young person.

-     Supportive and have an encouraging attitude, to inspire trust and motivate students.

-     Able to use your initiative to find creative ways to support and meet the needs of the students, adapting your approach depending on each individual communication and learning needs.

-     Must have a PGCE 

The Role:

-     You will lead the teaching of Science to groups of 5 children, supporting pupils to overcome their barriers to learning and help them to make accelerated progress.

-     Support the behaviour management of the classroom, following the schools behaviour management policy.

-     Follow school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported using the school’s referral procedures.

-     You will deliver a pre planned curriculm - with the opportunity to adapt and differentiate to your own style

-     You will be able to think of creative ways to move learning forward 

-     You will be confident in leading science experiments
