**Responsibilities:**
1. **Secondary English Education:** Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in English, inspiring students and fostering a love for literature and language among secondary school students.
2. **Curriculum Development:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of the English curriculum, ensuring alignment with the needs and interests of our diverse student body.
3. **Literary Analysis:** Conduct in-depth literary analysis and discussions, encouraging students to explore and appreciate various genres.
4. **Assessment and Progress Monitoring:** Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of literature and language principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a team-oriented teaching environment.
