Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the primary curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching primary-aged students.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching technologies and methodologies.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
