Functional Skills Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join as a Functional Skills Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering Functional Skills courses for military learners.
Key Outputs:
- Administer and coordinate English and Mathematics Functional Skills
- Register apprentices on the BKSB e-learning platform and monitor their progress
- Manage Awarding Organisation registration and certification processes
- Coordinate Functional Skills apprentices and liaise with military points of contact
- Update attendance registers and course schedules
- Assist with tutor allocations and programme planning
- Schedule examinations and manage invigilators
- Monitor and record Functional Skills results
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Essential:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Desirable:
- Level 2 Business Administration qualification
- Knowledge of the Functional Skills framework
- Experience with MIS data processing
- Familiarity with Apprenticeship delivery
- Experience working with military training contracts
Location: Worthy Down, Minley, Aldershot (Hybrid Role)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,500 per annum
