Our enthusiastic team is committed to nurturing a love for learning and promoting the holistic development of students. We have established partnerships with excellent schools throughout North West London.
Given the ongoing staffing challenges that many schools are encountering, anzuk education is actively seeking teachers for both short and long-term positions in and around North West London. Key Stage 1 Teacher Job Description (Supply & Permanent):
- Implement customised lesson plans to suit the unique learning styles and behavioural needs of Key Stage 1 students
- Provide timely feedback and track the progress of all students within your lessons
- Utilise effective behaviour management strategies specifically designed for Key Stage 1 students
- Cultivate a welcoming and secure classroom environment that instils a sense of importance, respect, and enthusiasm among all learners
- Maintain open communication by consistently providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education
- Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS
- Exhibit a proven history of effective engagement with primary-aged students
- Highlight your skill in dealing with distinctive demands and challenging behaviour
- Maintain an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Personify qualities of patience, empathy, and an authentic enthusiasm for leaving a significant imprint in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
- Complete flexibility to choose where you want to go and which schools you want to work in
- First refusal on Longer term and permanent roles, when available in the schools you like!
- You choose which days you work and are in control of your diary
- No planning or marking – you can leave when the school day ends and not think about school again that day
