1:1 Teaching Assistant (Full Time)

The School and Role 

This primary school, based in Eaglescliffe, are looking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Y3 child with extra behaviour support on a full time basis.
This is a friendly and welcoming school with a supportive team of staff.
Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired teaching assistant will be working on a 1:1 in Y3 with a pupil with additional behaviour support. This teaching assistant role is long term and potentially permanent, depending on the specified requirements of the school and the individual child.

Experience with SEND children would be desirable, but not essential

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
