The role: Teaching assistant (ASD)

You will be working in a year 1 Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities. - Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. - Providing pastoral care and support to pupils with ASD. - Helping to create a positive learning environment

You must have experience working with children and young people within a school setting in the UK, Teaching assistant course level 2/3, Makaton, PECs, symbol exchange trained, Team Teach, DBS on the update service or willing to apply through us.

This school is based in Camden which is a single entry form school with around 349 students, it teaches 14 different subjects to help support students with SEN. This school has a friendly and supportive environment for staff and students. This school is around a 10 minute walk to the closet station In May 2022 they had received a good Ofsted report on behaviour management, office and management skills, and friendly environment.
