About the Role:
GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified SEMH Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in Washington. We are looking for someone who have experience working in a school setting and possess a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students with SEMH difficulties. SEMH Teaching Assistant Role:

• Provide dedicated support to students with SEMH needs.
• Facilitate the development of emotional literacy and resilience among students.
• Assist in the delivery of lessons and educational activities.
• Collaborate with educational professionals to ensure the fulfillment of EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) outcomes.

 
The successful candidate will:

• Experience working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students. 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
• Be available for work Monday to Friday.
