Path2Solutions is looking for Customer Service Advisors in the L1 area of Liverpool.
As a Banking Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking calls from customers to support them with general banking enquires. This could be anything from account balances, transaction history, account setup, and general account maintenance. You may also have to address customer concerns complaints and try to resolve these for the customers.
This is a home working position but you must be required to carry out 3 weeks worth of training in central Liverpool first.
Pay Rate - £11.52 per hour to £18.00 per hour
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week 4 Week Rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays
