The key responsibilities of the role of Customer Service Advisor are Providing customers with insurance quotes on private car, taxi, commercial vehicle, and fleet insurance, Handling midterm enquiries and renewals, retaining current clients to ensure high retention at renewal stage.
The role is telephone based and you will be answering inbound telephone calls.
Pay rate - £11.60 to £15.00
Hours - Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 8pm Every 1 in 3 weekends you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm
