About the Role: Behaviour Mentor

We're in search of a Behavior Mentor to join our SEMH School in Hounslow on a full-time basis, starting immediately. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting students throughout their lessons, overseeing their behavior, well-being, and emotional state. Utilizing your initiative, you'll tailor educational approaches to meet individual student needs, with the ultimate goal of re-engaging them in education and fostering progress towards successful adulthood by imparting essential life skills.
