Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced KS2 teacher to join a dynamic school in Birmingham. As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of your students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring coverage of key objectives and concepts.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, providing support and challenge as appropriate.
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture conducive to learning and personal growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and promote effective communication and partnership working.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students in a primary school setting.
* Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
