Responsibilities:  
 

  • As a Behaviour Support Worker, your role is pivotal in guiding students throughout their educational journey. 
  • Implement a variety of strategies to effectively address the individual needs of each student. 
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to develop comprehensive support plans collaboratively. 
  • Foster a positive atmosphere aimed at enhancing social and communication skills. 
  • Consistently apply interventions and participate in activities to support academic progress. 


  
Requirements:  
  

  • Candidates with prior experience as a Behaviour Support Worker will be given preference. 
  • Applicants who possess a valid driver's license will receive priority consideration. 
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
