Pastoral Lead

About the Pastoral Lead Role:

As the Pastoral Lead, you'll provide leadership in student welfare, behaviour, and attendance, ensuring all students can fully engage in education.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Identify and address individual barriers to learning
*    Monitor behaviour and progress, implementing targeted interventions
*    Support student transitions and promote high behavioural standards
*    Deliver personalised well-being sessions and support exit transitions
*    Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop support plans

About You:
