The School and Role

This large and welcoming, two-from entry school in Croxteth, Liverpool, are looking for a nurturing and passionate teacher to work in a Year 2 class on a full-time basis.  The role will start immediately and will be ongoing until the end of the academic year, with a view of being extended until December 2024.  The school offers a welcoming and joyous environment and encourage children to become confident, independent young people who are able to meet the ever changing demands of life in the 21st century.  They believe that the development of the whole person is essential to education, so a varied programme of extra curricular activities and a strong emphasis on personal development serve to ensure that each child reaches their potential.  The school offers a wide range of before and after school clubs and has progressed greatly since becoming part of the Rainbow Trust in 2019.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
