Vision for Education are recruiting for an outstanding, Maths Teacher for a secondary school based in Preston, Lancashire, starting May 2024.
About the roleThe successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and experience of teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level.
The role is due to commence from May 2024, however, there is flexibility to start earlier should you be free. Currently there is no set end date, but is likely to transfer to a permanent contract from September 2024.
The school welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers.

The successful Maths Teacher will work in a supportive and friendly department and wider school environment. The school is forward thinking and benefits from a proactive Senior Leadership team.
RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold QTS
