Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a highly reputable educational establishment based in North Nottinghamshire. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to lead and take ownership of the employee relations experience. Due to the nature of the organisation the role would suit a capable HR Advisor who is looking to work for a company that place their people at the heart of all they do.

What will the role involve?
* Ensure the successful implementation of the company wellness policy.
* Educate and support Line Managers with policy compliance.
* Be the company expert on all disciplinary and grievance matters.
* Protect the organisation through always ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Design and deliver relevant training.
* Lead meetings with Line Managers and 1:1's.
* Undertake a variety of exciting ad hoc HR related projects.
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience as a HR Advisor essential
* CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience.
* Experience of managing employee relations
* Working knowledge of employment law legislation
* Emotional intelligence and shared values based upon trust and respect#
* UK license and access to own vehicle
