About The Role: 

The school is 2-form entry, and they are flexible around key stage experience at the moment. Expectations of the role are as follows:  

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.  

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community 

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.  

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements. 

Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 

• Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

•  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.  

•  Willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches to teaching.
