* Deliver lessons in an engaging and creative manner and dedicated to providing children to enrich their learning experiences.
* Have good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a team member with colleagues, parents and governors.
* Have a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.

* Children, who are known to well behaved, willing to learn and who enjoy school. This is reflected in their glowing OfSted report.
* Professional and motivated staff, supportive parents and Governors.

Where staff have the option to take PPA at home; reduced marking and feedback; dedicated time for data input; spiritual development through whole school and staff retreats; continued professional development with opportunities to work with colleagues from schools across the St Teresa of Calcutta Multi-Academy.
