TeacherActive are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join one of our partner all-girl schools in north Kent on a permanent basis from September 2024.

As a PE Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students across all year groups, fostering a love for sports and physical fitness. You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities, promoting teamwork, resilience, and a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic PE lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to individual learning needs.
• Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and activities to encourage student participation and foster a sense of community.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall physical education program and contribute to the school's wider goals.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
