Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School 

Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Pay Scale: £80 - £100 per day

GSL Education are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Teaching Assistants in secondary schools across Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and support student learning in a secondary school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support subject teachers in delivering lessons and practical activities.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
• Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide additional support and guidance.
• Contribute to the development of engaging learning resources and materials.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for education and a desire to support student learning.
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
