As a Teaching Assistant in a SEND school, you will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to implement individualised learning plans, facilitate educational activities, and create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

- Passion for supporting students with SEND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
