The role: Higher level teaching assistant

For this role you will be expected to cover classes across KS1 and KS2, must be confident to deliver fun and exciting lessons which keeps pupils engaged. You will help support class teacher with planning and maintaining observations regarding pupils progress. You will need to have strong behaviour management skills to ensure the classroom is running smoothly. For this role you must have the Higher level teaching assistant qualification, at least 1-2 years experience covering classes and enhanced DBS on the update service.
