Early Teacher Kidderminster

Aspire People are currently looking for Early Years Teachers for primary schools based in Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities as an Early Years Teacher will include:
* Design and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (Framework)
* Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
* Plan, develop and deliver lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of children
* Monitor and assess children's progress
* Collaborate with parents, guardians and fellow educators in the children's learning journey
* Promote positive behaviour management techniques and establish clear boundaries
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (ECT) and a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Proven experience working with children aged 3 to 5, within a school or early years setting.
* Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in planning, teaching, and assessment.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children (Can obtain one with Aspire People if you do not have a DBS on the update service)
* Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)
