The School and Role

A Secondary school seeks to appoint an Englsih Teacher to work on a fixed term contract from as soon as possible until the end of the summer term in July 2024. The successful English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to pupils in KS3 and KS4. Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role, the school will consider candidates of other teaching specialisms that have experience of teaching English.

The School have a strong English Department and could support an ECT.

Both Part time and Full time availability would be considered.

Requirements

The desired English Teacher will have;

- Qualified Teacher Status

- Experience of teaching English to KS3 and KS4.

- A passion for the progress of secondary aged pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
