Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant (Psychology or Similar)

Here at Teaching Personnel, we're looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to work with students who need extra help, both inside and outside the classroom.

Your main duties will include helping the lead teacher with lesson plans, supporting students with additional needs, giving one-on-one help, and helping to create a positive, fun learning atmosphere.

Location: Birmingham, UK

Job Type: Contract (Immediate Start), Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: £420 - £445 per week

Education: A minimum of a Graduate degree in a related field is required.

Experience: Previous experience working with students (children or young adults) in an educational setting or similar is helpful but not required.

Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in special education, behavior management, or child development would be beneficial.

Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child DBS.
