Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an engaging and passionate individual seeking work as a Teaching Assistant! The long-term position is in a small and welcoming village school in North Yorkshire. The school are seeking a TA that shares their mission to deliver great learning experiences for pupils.
The responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 with additional needs, assisting with reading, maths, and writing.
- Assisting the teacher with lessons and activities when needed.
- Playing an active role in the student's progress.
- Following the schools safeguarding and behavioural policies.
Tradewind Recruitment will support you throughout the placement by providing you with professional CPD training provided by the National College. As well as assigning you with a consultant who works with schools in your area that seeks to give you the best possible experience with an agency.
The rate for this role will be £83.33 per day.

- Experience working with students in a learning environment.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to undertake one.
- Right to work in the U.K.
