Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (AET/PTLLS).
- Must hold solid occupational experience working within Property Sales and Lettings at Senior level or above.
- Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in; Residential Sales and/or Property Management and Lettings.
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and workshop based training.
- Support with curriculum development.
- Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths and English to level 2.
- Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
