We are looking to recruit a HR Recruitment Coordinator for a college based in Solihull. The role is full time and you will be based within the HR department at the college.

This a highly exciting and challenging role and a perfect next step for someone that works in a HR Recruitment setting.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have specific responsibility for coordinating recruitment activity for the College, liaison with agencies for temporary and permanent placements, supporting the agency procurement process, issuing of employment contracts, our ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly IT proficient (Word and Excel in particular) and have experience of working in a HR related environment.

The college boasts a beautiful campus with engaged students, friendly teaching staff and a real family feel around it’s offices and grounds. Ideally you will have experience within HR recruitment, familiar with adverts, application handling, setting up interviews, liaising with potential candidates and completing onboarding and compliance.
