Prospero Teaching are looking for a creative Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school in St Helens. This role is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible until Easter 2024 and there is potential that it could be possibly longer. You will also be expected to teach key stage 3 and 4.

The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location - St Helens
• Position - Computer Science Teacher
• Start date - asap
• Duration - on going
• Contract type - Full Time
• Minimum rate of pay - £120 per day
• Hours - 8:15AM - 4:00PM Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Previous experience working in a school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided)
• Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
