Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of each child, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and self-esteem.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SEN education and adapt your teaching methods accordingly.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience in teaching children with special educational needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Dedication to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
