Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Employment Advisors to deliver intensive support within the Restart programme helping unemployed customers in each local area to in to work.  You will complete diagnostics with each customer, identifying and addressing all personal barriers or lack of skills and you will work to help each customer to secure sustainable employment.

Working with a fluctuating caseload of customers and through regular interventions you will mentor each customer throughout their journey. You will refer to training courses, workshops, and various interventions to give jobseekers the skills needed to impress future employers. You will meet all customers face-to-face, and you will set SMART actions at each meeting which will be reviewed to monitor progress and hold customers to account if they miss targets or deadlines.  You will be skilled in working with customers from all backgrounds and abilities and be passionate about helping each customer to secure employment.

You will have previous experience working with unemployed customers, you will be skilled in customer management and setting of SMART targets, you will have excellent communication skills and be skilled using all Office applications.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
