Position Responsibilities:
- Be available for supply teaching assignments across a range of Secondary schools in South East London.
- Deliver engaging lessons, following the curriculum guidelines and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and build rapport with students quickly.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students' learning and development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience teaching in Secondary settings is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum and a passion for inspiring students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and reliable approach to teaching.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
