    • Establish a warm and supportive rapport with students, creating a safe and trusting environment.
    • Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and other staff members to enhance collaboration.
  2. Observation and Communication:

    • Pay close attention to students' behaviour, emotions, and social interactions.
    • Communicate effectively with teachers and parents to share insights about students' well-being.
  3. Emotional Support:

    • Be attentive to the emotional needs of students, offering comfort and encouragement when necessary.
    • Implement strategies to help students manage and express their emotions in a healthy manner.
  4. Conflict Resolution:

    • Assist in resolving conflicts between students, teaching them effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to address any behavioural concerns.
  5. Inclusion and Diversity:

    • Promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity within the classroom.
