Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton College, Wolverhampton, UK
Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Must be Team Teach qualified
- Available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Provide support to students with additional needs in classroom and individual settings
- Implement Team Teach strategies to manage challenging behavior effectively
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Team Teach qualification is essential
- Experience working with individuals with additional needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
