Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team. The ECT will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to secondary school children, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that foster children's growth and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment conducive to exploration, creativity, and discovery.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas for individualized support or enrichment.
- Plan and conduct parent-teacher conferences, providing feedback on children's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Stay current with best practices and trends in early childhood education, participating in professional development opportunities as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to child safety, health, and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification or eligibility for certification as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) according to local regulations.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning theories.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing needs.
