The ideal SEND Teacher will feel confident working with children dealing with emotional, social and mental health difficulties as well as behavioural difficulties such as Autism and ADHD. They will be patient and understanding and able to remain calm within a challenging but rewarding environment.a

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS with SEND specialism
• Compassion and empathy
• Experience working with behavioural and educational needs
