The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will contribute to the school's ethos by providing a positive and engaging learning experience to pupils aged 3-19 years. As a Learning Support Assistant / LSA for this school you will be a trustworthy, patient individual with a supporting nature.  

The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will have:  

• The ability to provide a nurturing learning environment  

• Experience working with young people who have learning difficulties on a 1-1 or group basis 

• An ability to encourage, inspire and motivate young people to become learners
