£23,400 - £27,000/annum pro rata

Our client, an Early Year's care provider with locations across the UK are presently in search of Early Years Lunch Cover Practitioners to join their exceptional teams across Edinburgh and The Lothians. In this role, we are looking for Lunch Cover Practitioners who can demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare, who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum appropriate to the age group and individual needs of the child, ensuring that children, parents and the team work together to provide high quality childcare.

You will:

  • Be an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a good understanding of the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Understand the need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture.
  • Be EYPS level 3 qualified.
  • Have a good understanding of the importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children.
  • Possess knowledge of C4E and Pre-Birth to Three as well as Planning, observations & assessment

Qualifications & Training:

  • Full support to undertake relevant training will be given

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
