Are you a Teacher with a passion for language and culture? Vision for Education is assisting to appoint a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, to support a high achieving secondary school in Ipswich from September. About the role The desired MFL Teacher will ooze enthusiasm for the subject and will look at new and creative ways to engage students studying Modern Foreign Languages. You will be an excellent communicator and be highly skilled in breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand terms. This role is a full time, long-term position, starting in September. The ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school, who are looking for someone who will fit in well with their team, potentially have a permanent position for the right candidate. The desired MFL Teacher will have experience of working within a school environment and be comfortable supervising pupils across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), demonstrating good subject knowledge. Delivering pre-planned lessons, this is a fantastic opportunity for a MFL Teacher with a range of experience. To be considered for the role of MFL Supply Teacher - September Start you will:

  • Have experience working in a secondary setting
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Hold a degree in education or a related field
  • Have experience teaching French, German or Spanish
  • Have excellent behaviour management and time management skills
  • Have/or willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
