Nursery Practitioner

This “outstanding” rated nursery is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team. The setting is close to Notting Hill and offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities for the children including yoga, growing plants and veggies, cooking with Chef and much more.
It’s well located, with tube stations and bus routes in easy walking distance, and lots of park close by, where the children can get out and about in the community and start to discover nature, wildlife and the environment.
In this role, as a Nursery Practitioner, you will help to provide high-quality care and education for the children. If you are looking for a full-time vacancy where you can make a difference and feel rewarded, this nursery might be for you.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with parents and care givers, and the wider team and management
- Devise a range of activities within their room that develop and expand on the children’s interests
- Creating a fun, educational setting for all children whilst ensuring safety at all times
- Making sure that all nursery processes and procedures are followed and ensuring that planning and observation targets are being met
- Hold a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification
- Previous experience of working in a nursery setting
- Take pride in your work and want to progress and develop your skillset to ensure you are providing the highest quality environment for the children
- Able to work as part of a friendly and collaborative team
