We are looking to bring on a number of SEN teaching assistants to work in both secondary and primary schools in Hillingdon starting in April/May. The roles cover a wide range of age groups and learning disabilities so anyone with experience in working or caring for children with learning disabilities is encouraged to apply.

The vast majority of our roles are 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday (term time only). 

Your key duties as a Learning Support Assistant will be to:

• Supporting children in the classroom, particularly in a 1:1 setting where a relationship of trust can be built.
• Manage any challenging behaviour.
• Carrying out delegated tasks by classroom teachers in a positive manner.
• Promoting the school’s culture and ethos.
