Responsibilities:

• Provide valuable support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work closely with students, either one-on-one or in small groups, to reinforce learning and promote understanding.
• Collaborate with class teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of students.
• Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school by actively participating in school activities and events.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of students.

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject area, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
• Display an enthusiastic and proactive approach, showcasing passion for education and a willingness to go above and beyond to support student learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability, as the role involves working across various subjects and supporting different teaching styles.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school environment.
• Hold a DBS registered to the update service or apply through GSL Education.
