Responsibilities
- The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents evenings.
- The Special Needs Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- There will be an expectation for the successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role.
- To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.
