Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting Early Career Teachers graduating with QTS in 2024 to take on full-time and part-time teaching commitments within secondary schools across West Lancashire teaching from Year 7 - Year 11.
We are looking for Teachers who are currently studying or are due to complete their degree/ teacher training with QTS.

All Early Career Teachers registered with Teaching Personnel will have access to the Early Career Framework (ECF). This framework outlines the areas that Early Career Teachers should focus on and develop during the first 2 years of their career and the induction period. The Early Career Framework allows Early Career Teachers sections on Behaviour Management, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Behaviours. The ECF provides support for Early Career Teachers, providing a funded entitlement to a structured 2-year package of high-quality professional development. The reforms are part of the government’s teacher recruitment and retention strategy, which aims to improve the training and development opportunities available to teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
