Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching.
• Assist in the planning and execution of lessons and educational activities.
• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups to enable access to learning.
• Contribute to the management of student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
• Offer administrative support for teachers and help manage classroom resources.

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a teaching assistant role within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
