We have a behavior school in Gainsborough, looking for people with experience working within the education setting or working with vunrable adults within the last 5 years.

12 weeks temp to perm role.

8.45-4.15 pupils go home at 2.30.

5 days a week.

Working with 11-16 year olds who have difficulty coping in a mainstream setting.

You would be working with 4 children throughout the day assisting the classroom teacher.

Daily structure- Academic work in the morning's and pupil's choice in the afternoon's.

Your role & responsibilities:

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Delivering catch-up sessions
* Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Non-negotiables:

* Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting or vunrable adults
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have drive and resiliance
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
