The role involves supporting the development, planning, mentoring, and continuous enhancement of working at heights and other accredited course offerings within the business.

Due to continued growth they are hiring across multiple training centres, so if you are based in the Midlands, South East or London they have opportunities for you.

What do you need to succeed as a Work at Heights - Trainer?

• Knowledge of training / previous experience as a trainer - we can train the successful candidate in our technical courses, but it would be advantageous if you have working at heights experience!
• Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA - but not essential!
• Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
• Solution driven to support with our diverse workforce across the region.
